1. General

By accessing our website, purchasing products, or booking services from Explore OffGrid (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will take effect once published on our website.

2. Products & Services

Explore OffGrid supplies off-road and camping equipment including (but not limited to):

  • Rooftop tents

  • Awnings

  • Vehicle accessories

  • Installation services

  • Clothing

All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided as a guide only. Minor variations may occur.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise

  • Full payment is required before dispatch or installation

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion

If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a refund, replacement, or revised delivery timeframe.

4. Installation Services

Where installation services are provided:

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is fit for installation

  • Any existing damage, non-standard modifications, or aftermarket components must be disclosed prior to install

  • Explore OffGrid is not responsible for issues arising from undisclosed vehicle modifications or pre-existing faults

Installation dates may be rescheduled due to:

  • Weather

  • Supplier delays

  • Unforeseen circumstances

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is subject to our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

Explore OffGrid is not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the item has been delivered.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Returns & Warranty Policy.

Custom-ordered items, installed products, or used items may not be eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Warranty

All products are covered by applicable manufacturer warranties.

Explore OffGrid does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or modification

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by off-road use beyond manufacturer specifications

Warranty claims must be supported with proof of purchase.

8. Off-Road & Use Disclaimer

Off-road travel and camping inherently involve risk.

By purchasing or using products supplied or installed by Explore OffGrid, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for safe installation, loading, and use

  • You will follow manufacturer instructions and vehicle load limits

  • Explore OffGrid is not liable for injury, loss, or damage resulting from misuse or unsafe operation

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Explore OffGrid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

  • Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the product or service provided

Nothing in these terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including images, text, logos, and branding) is the property of Explore OffGrid and may not be used without written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be handled under Australian jurisdiction.
